# Polyglot vs Diversio

The clearest difference is rating: Polyglot at 4.9 against Diversio's 3.5. Polyglot also leads on ratings volume (121 vs 4). Diversio's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 9 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 79%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Polyglot sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Diversio sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Polyglot holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Polyglot has 121 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Polyglot's written reviews are positive against 100% of Diversio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Polyglot ships an update every 9 months, Diversio monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 21, 2026 respectively.
