# NRPA vs PTDevices

The clearest difference is update cadence: NRPA at every 3 weeks against PTDevices's every 2 months. PTDevices's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NRPA ships an update every 3 weeks, PTDevices every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
