# TurboMeeting 8.0 vs Lorex Pro

The clearest difference is rating: TurboMeeting 8.0 at 5.0 against Lorex Pro's 2.2. TurboMeeting 8.0 also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). Lorex Pro's advantage is ratings volume (47 vs 1) and review sentiment (19% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TurboMeeting 8.0 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lorex Pro has 47 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of TurboMeeting 8.0's written reviews are positive against 19% of Lorex Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
