# TikVPN vs Power VPN

TikVPN and Power VPN both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 77% of TikVPN's written reviews are positive against 40% of Power VPN's. TikVPN also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). Power VPN's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 311). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TikVPN sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Power VPN sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for TikVPN against 4.4 for Power VPN. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 311 and 1.2K respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 77% of TikVPN's written reviews are positive against 40% of Power VPN's.

TikVPN ships an update fortnightly, Power VPN monthly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
