# The Party Source vs Unicorn Auctions

The clearest difference is monetization model: Unicorn Auctions at free against The Party Source's free with in-app purchases. Unicorn Auctions also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (3.2K vs 125). The Party Source's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Unicorn Auctions holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7.
