# HICH vs Boomlive

The clearest difference is rating: HICH at 4.6 against Boomlive's 3.3. HICH also leads on review sentiment (95% vs 64%) and ratings volume (799 vs 12). Boomlive's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HICH sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Boomlive sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HICH holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HICH has 799 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 95% of HICH's written reviews are positive against 64% of Boomlive's.

HICH ships an update every 3 weeks, Boomlive fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
