# Ebeco Connect vs Uponor Smatrix Pulse 2

The clearest difference is rating: Uponor Smatrix Pulse 2 at 4.2 against Ebeco Connect's 1.0. Uponor Smatrix Pulse 2 also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 1). Ebeco Connect's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 5%) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Uponor Smatrix Pulse 2 holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Uponor Smatrix Pulse 2 has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Ebeco Connect's written reviews are positive against 5% of Uponor Smatrix Pulse 2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ebeco Connect ships an update every 4 weeks, Uponor Smatrix Pulse 2 every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
