# Screen Mirroring vs Screen Mirroring

The clearest difference is rating: Screen Mirroring at 4.5 against Screen Mirroring's 2.7. Screen Mirroring also leads on ratings volume (53K vs 407). Screen Mirroring's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Screen Mirroring sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Screen Mirroring sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Screen Mirroring holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Screen Mirroring has 53K ratings behind it against 407, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Screen Mirroring's written reviews are positive against 12% of Screen Mirroring's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Screen Mirroring ships an update fortnightly, Screen Mirroring every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
