# Ifit vs Day 2 Day

The clearest difference is ads: Day 2 Day at none against Ifit's shown. Day 2 Day also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). Ifit's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ifit ships an update every 3 weeks, Day 2 Day every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
