# Study Bunny vs Learn German

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Learn German at 100% against Study Bunny's 54%. Study Bunny's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (21K vs 37). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Study Bunny sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Learn German sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Study Bunny holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Study Bunny has 21K ratings behind it against 37, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of Study Bunny's written reviews are positive against 100% of Learn German's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Study Bunny ships an update every 3 weeks, Learn German every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
