# Study Bunny vs Pixa

The clearest difference is ads: Pixa at none against Study Bunny's shown. Pixa also leads on review sentiment (75% vs 54%). Study Bunny's advantage is ratings volume (22K vs 1.9K) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Study Bunny sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Pixa sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Study Bunny against 4.6 for Pixa. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Study Bunny has 22K ratings behind it against 1.9K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 54% of Study Bunny's written reviews are positive against 75% of Pixa's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
