# Beli vs Truffle

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Beli at 18K against Truffle's 338. Beli also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 9 days). Truffle's advantage is review sentiment (65% vs 49%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beli sells 24 in-app purchases, starting at $5.79 per month and Truffle sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Beli holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Beli has 18K ratings behind it against 338, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Beli's written reviews are positive against 65% of Truffle's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Beli ships an update every 4 days, Truffle every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
