# Beli vs Menu Maker

The clearest difference is rating: Beli at 4.8 against Menu Maker's 3.4. Beli also leads on ratings volume (18K vs 5) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). Menu Maker's advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 49%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beli sells 24 in-app purchases, starting at $5.79 per month and Menu Maker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Beli holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Beli has 18K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Beli's written reviews are positive against 80% of Menu Maker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Beli ships an update every 4 days, Menu Maker every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
