# VS GPS PRO vs GPS SKY

The clearest difference is rating: VS GPS PRO at 2.1 against GPS SKY's 1.1. VS GPS PRO also leads on ratings volume (111 vs 7). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VS GPS PRO holds the better App Store score, 2.1 against 1.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VS GPS PRO has 111 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of VS GPS PRO's written reviews are positive against 25% of GPS SKY's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

VS GPS PRO ships an update every 3 weeks, GPS SKY every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
