# Perfect Body vs Kai Thrive

The clearest difference is rating: Kai Thrive at 5.0 against Perfect Body's 4.3. Kai Thrive also leads on update cadence (daily vs fortnightly). Perfect Body's advantage is ratings volume (6.9K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Perfect Body sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Kai Thrive sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kai Thrive holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Perfect Body has 6.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Perfect Body ships an update fortnightly, Kai Thrive daily. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
