# Template Planner for Instagram vs FastCut

The clearest difference is update cadence: FastCut at every 10 days against Template Planner for Instagram's every 6 weeks. Template Planner for Instagram's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 100) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Template Planner for Instagram sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and FastCut sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Template Planner for Instagram against 4.7 for FastCut. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Template Planner for Instagram has 2.1K ratings behind it against 100, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 79% of Template Planner for Instagram's written reviews are positive against 74% of FastCut's.
