# Pro Camera with RAW & Focus vs DualCap

The clearest difference is rating: DualCap at 5.0 against Pro Camera with RAW & Focus's 4.4. DualCap also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). Pro Camera with RAW & Focus's advantage is ratings volume (4.3K vs 2) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pro Camera with RAW & Focus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and DualCap sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DualCap holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pro Camera with RAW & Focus has 4.3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Pro Camera with RAW & Focus ships an update every 3 weeks, DualCap every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
