# Magical Creatures vs VoxelCollection

The clearest difference is ads: VoxelCollection at none against Magical Creatures's shown. VoxelCollection also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Magical Creatures sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and VoxelCollection sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Magical Creatures ships an update every 3 months, VoxelCollection every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
