# Bluebeam vs PTE World

The clearest difference is rating: PTE World at 2.0 against Bluebeam's 1.5. PTE World also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Bluebeam's advantage is ratings volume (408 vs 1) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PTE World holds the better App Store score, 2.0 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bluebeam has 408 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bluebeam ships an update monthly, PTE World weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
