# Brewista vs AOI

The clearest difference is rating: AOI at 5.0 against Brewista's 1.0. Brewista's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AOI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brewista has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Brewista ships an update every 2 months, AOI every 6 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
