# UrbanflixTV vs CleoTV

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CleoTV at none against UrbanflixTV's 6. CleoTV also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.1). UrbanflixTV's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (62% vs 33%). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. UrbanflixTV sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. CleoTV asks for nothing beyond the download.

CleoTV holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UrbanflixTV has 587 ratings behind it against 49, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of UrbanflixTV's written reviews are positive against 33% of CleoTV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UrbanflixTV ships an update every 5 weeks, CleoTV every 5 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
