# Donuts Delivery vs Paper Fold

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Paper Fold at 346K against Donuts Delivery's 754. Donuts Delivery's advantage is review sentiment (65% vs 41%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 14.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Donuts Delivery sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Paper Fold sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Paper Fold holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Paper Fold has 346K ratings behind it against 754, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of Donuts Delivery's written reviews are positive against 41% of Paper Fold's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
