# estimateX vs Habitus

The clearest difference is update cadence: estimateX at every 3 weeks against Habitus's every 25 months. estimateX also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. estimateX sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per month and Habitus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

estimateX ships an update every 3 weeks, Habitus every 25 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
