# 央视频 vs 随机轮盘

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 随机轮盘 at none against 央视频's 37. 随机轮盘 also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). 央视频's advantage is ratings volume (4.5K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 央视频 sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. 随机轮盘 asks for nothing beyond the download.

随机轮盘 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 央视频 has 4.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
