# 央视频 vs 403

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 403 at none against 央视频's 37. 央视频's advantage is ratings volume (4.5K vs 1) and device support. On price and rating there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 央视频 sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. 403 asks for nothing beyond the download.

403 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 央视频 has 4.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
