# Ghost Files 2 vs It Happened Here 1

The clearest difference is rating: Ghost Files 2 at 4.7 against It Happened Here 1's 3.8. Ghost Files 2 also leads on update cadence (every 6 months vs every 26 months) and ratings volume (366 vs 13). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ghost Files 2 sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and It Happened Here 1 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ghost Files 2 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ghost Files 2 has 366 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Ghost Files 2's written reviews are positive against 73% of It Happened Here 1's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
