# On vs Watch Faces

The clearest difference is ads: On at none against Watch Faces's shown. On also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. On sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Watch Faces sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On ships an update every 2 weeks, Watch Faces every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
