# Roundabout vs ParUp Golf

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ParUp Golf at none against Roundabout's 10. ParUp Golf also leads on review sentiment (81% vs 56%). Roundabout's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (5.1K vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Roundabout sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. ParUp Golf asks for nothing beyond the download.

Roundabout holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Roundabout has 5.1K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Roundabout's written reviews are positive against 81% of ParUp Golf's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Roundabout ships an update every 2 weeks, ParUp Golf every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
