# Roundabout vs PuttPro

The clearest difference is rating: Roundabout at 4.6 against PuttPro's 3.7. Roundabout also leads on ratings volume (5.1K vs 12) and review sentiment (56% vs 33%). PuttPro's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Roundabout sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and PuttPro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Roundabout holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Roundabout has 5.1K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 56% of Roundabout's written reviews are positive against 33% of PuttPro's.

Roundabout ships an update every 2 weeks, PuttPro every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
