# e vs Rock Ident

The clearest difference is update cadence: Rock Ident at every 9 days against e's every 2 months. e's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. e sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $22.99 per 3 months and Rock Ident sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
