# PrevaSync vs Sony | BRAVIA Connect

The clearest difference is rating: PrevaSync at 5.0 against Sony | BRAVIA Connect's 4.5. PrevaSync also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). Sony | BRAVIA Connect's advantage is review sentiment (28% vs 0%) and ratings volume (11K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PrevaSync holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sony | BRAVIA Connect has 11K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of PrevaSync's written reviews are positive against 28% of Sony | BRAVIA Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
