# Projects & Tasks vs Quick Annotate

The clearest difference is update cadence: Projects & Tasks at every 4 days against Quick Annotate's monthly. Quick Annotate's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Projects & Tasks sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Quick Annotate sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Projects & Tasks ships an update every 4 days, Quick Annotate monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
