Garage Manager Pro is the ultimate management system designed exclusively for repair shop owners, independent mechanics, and service centers looking to professionalize their workflow and present a business image right from the palm of their hand. Forget about lost notebooks, messy whiteboards, and folders filled with paperwork. With a clean, fast, and intuitive interface based on a visual Workline system, you will have absolute and instant control over every vehicle that enters your garage. KEY FEATURES SMART WORKSHOP CONTROL: Easily visualize the status of all your jobs in columns: Quoting, Waiting for Parts, In Progress, Ready, and Delivered. Drag and update progress quickly. CUSTOMIZABLE DIGITAL VEHICLE INSPECTIONS (DVI): Perform vehicle diagnostics like major dealerships. Mark checkpoints as OK, Preventive, or Critical, and customize your list by adding checks exclusive to your service (for example, a Brake Check or Scanner Diagnosis). REAL-TIME ESTIMATES AND FINANCES: Automatically calculate labor costs, parts amounts, and local taxes. Apply discounts and watch an interactive visual chart draft your net profits and earnings for each month. PARTS CATALOG AND STOCK: Create your own database of services and parts. The system will intelligently deduct your workshop stock only when you move the work order to the final state, alerting you accurately when something is out of stock. INTEGRATED PHOTO EVIDENCE: Take photos directly from the app to back up previous damages, oil leaks, or document the completed repair, protecting you and building trust with your client. NATIVE OFFLINE PDF ENGINE: Unlike other apps, you do not need internet to export results. Design and share three types of formal documents ready to print or send via WhatsApp: a Formal Estimate with a financial breakdown, the Mechanical Workshop Ticket (hiding prices for the operator), and the Final Service Receipt. NEW! REAL-TIME WEB DASHBOARD AND MECHANICS PORTAL: Monitor the checklist and status of your workshop's vehicles from any web browser on office screens or TVs. In addition, create individual access accounts for your mechanics, allowing them to log in to the web to complete their assigned tasks in real time. SECURE AND PRIVATE SYNCHRONIZATION Your entire database (customers, jobs, and photos) synchronizes instantly between your Apple devices privately using iCloud. Additionally, if you optionally choose to enable the premium Web Sync module, your data will be transmitted and stored securely in the cloud (SSL/TLS servers) solely to enable multi-user access from the web portal. Your data is protected and never shared with third parties. SUBSCRIPTION SYSTEM (OPTIONAL) The initial download of Gestión Mecánica Pro gives you free access to basic tools with a structured operating limit for evaluation. To unlock your workshop's full potential, we offer two subscription choices: Pro Plans (Monthly, Semi-Annual, or Annual): Unlocks unlimited work orders, cloud inventory, and visual financial analytics. Web Sync Plans (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual): Enables the multi-user cloud expansion module with access to the interactive web portal for mechanics and live workshop screens. Accelerate your business management today and deliver a first-class experience to your customers with Garage Manager Pro.
