# Double Camera vs Twishot

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Twishot at 100% against Double Camera's 32%. Double Camera's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Double Camera sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Twishot sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Double Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Double Camera has 1.7K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of Double Camera's written reviews are positive against 100% of Twishot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Double Camera ships an update every 9 days, Twishot monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
