# Tiimo vs RescueTime

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tiimo at 48% against RescueTime's 21%. Tiimo also leads on ratings volume (21K vs 4) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tiimo sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.00 per month and RescueTime sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tiimo holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tiimo has 21K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 48% of Tiimo's written reviews are positive against 21% of RescueTime's.

Tiimo ships an update weekly, RescueTime every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
