# Tiimo vs Pom

The clearest difference is price: Tiimo at Free against Pom's $3.99. Tiimo also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (21K vs 5). Pom's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and review sentiment (80% vs 48%). On rating, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Tiimo is free to download; Pom costs $3.99 up front. Tiimo sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $7.00 per month. Pom asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tiimo holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tiimo has 21K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Tiimo's written reviews are positive against 80% of Pom's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tiimo ships an update weekly, Pom every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
