# Arm Care vs Peak Performance Network

The clearest difference is rating: Arm Care at 4.9 against Peak Performance Network's 3.9. Arm Care also leads on ratings volume (3K vs 12) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). Peak Performance Network's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 11) and review sentiment (100% vs 74%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Arm Care sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Peak Performance Network asks for nothing beyond the download.

Arm Care holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arm Care has 3K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Arm Care's written reviews are positive against 100% of Peak Performance Network's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Arm Care ships an update every 9 days, Peak Performance Network every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
