# Strikeman vs RodeoReady

The clearest difference is rating: Strikeman at 4.1 against RodeoReady's 2.3. Strikeman also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 4) and chart position (#180 vs unranked). RodeoReady's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Strikeman sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. RodeoReady asks for nothing beyond the download.

Strikeman holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Strikeman has 1.7K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Strikeman's written reviews are positive against 83% of RodeoReady's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Strikeman ships an update every 5 weeks, RodeoReady weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 8, 2026 respectively.
