# Jiveworld vs LingoDrip

The clearest difference is rating: Jiveworld at 4.8 against LingoDrip's 4.0. Jiveworld also leads on ratings volume (386 vs 1). LingoDrip's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jiveworld sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and LingoDrip sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Jiveworld holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jiveworld has 386 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 95% of Jiveworld's written reviews are positive against 100% of LingoDrip's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Jiveworld ships an update every 2 months, LingoDrip every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
