# SHREDDY vs CODED Health

The clearest difference is update cadence: SHREDDY at every 10 days against CODED Health's every 3 months. CODED Health's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SHREDDY sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and CODED Health sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $379.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SHREDDY ships an update every 10 days, CODED Health every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
