# Verb Dojo vs LANG

The clearest difference is update cadence: LANG at weekly against Verb Dojo's every 5 weeks. LANG also leads on ratings volume (12K vs 1.4K) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Verb Dojo's advantage is review sentiment (91% vs 72%) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Verb Dojo sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and LANG sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Verb Dojo holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LANG has 12K ratings behind it against 1.4K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 91% of Verb Dojo's written reviews are positive against 72% of LANG's.

Verb Dojo ships an update every 5 weeks, LANG weekly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
