# Hand Therapy vs Lampton Leisure

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Hand Therapy at 67% against Lampton Leisure's 6%. Hand Therapy also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Lampton Leisure's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.9) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 6 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Lampton Leisure holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Hand Therapy's written reviews are positive against 6% of Lampton Leisure's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hand Therapy ships an update every 6 months, Lampton Leisure every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
