# Hand Therapy vs Nice Move

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nice Move at fortnightly against Hand Therapy's every 6 months. Hand Therapy's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hand Therapy ships an update every 6 months, Nice Move fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 18, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
