# Hyperice vs Full Swing

The clearest difference is rating: Full Swing at 4.6 against Hyperice's 3.9. Full Swing also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.0). Hyperice's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Full Swing sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $199.99 per year. Hyperice asks for nothing beyond the download.

Full Swing holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hyperice has 1.1K ratings behind it against 207, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Hyperice's written reviews are positive against 31% of Full Swing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hyperice ships an update every 3 weeks, Full Swing every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
