# TheFit vs Wicked Audio

The clearest difference is update cadence: TheFit at every 3 months against Wicked Audio's every 12 months. TheFit also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). Wicked Audio's advantage is review sentiment (36% vs 20%). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TheFit holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 2.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 15 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of TheFit's written reviews are positive against 36% of Wicked Audio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TheFit ships an update every 3 months, Wicked Audio every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
