# Faceless vs VirtualShield VPN

The clearest difference is rating: VirtualShield VPN at 3.4 against Faceless's 1.0. VirtualShield VPN also leads on review sentiment (32% vs 0%) and ratings volume (107 vs 2). Faceless's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (10.3 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Faceless sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and VirtualShield VPN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VirtualShield VPN holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VirtualShield VPN has 107 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
