# Gituru vs Donner Music

The clearest difference is rating: Gituru at 4.5 against Donner Music's 3.9. Gituru also leads on ratings volume (943 vs 23). Donner Music's advantage is review sentiment (63% vs 48%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Gituru holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gituru has 943 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Gituru's written reviews are positive against 63% of Donner Music's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
