# AMP Meetings vs Co

The clearest difference is update cadence: Co at every 5 weeks against AMP Meetings's every 12 months. Co also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AMP Meetings ships an update every 12 months, Co every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
