# Ferrynauts vs Treasure Trails

The clearest difference is update cadence: Treasure Trails at every 2 months against Ferrynauts's every 6 months. Ferrynauts's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ferrynauts ships an update every 6 months, Treasure Trails every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 6, 2026.
