# App Lock™ vs Secret Vault Infinity

App Lock™ and Secret Vault Infinity both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of Secret Vault Infinity's written reviews are positive against 19% of App Lock™'s. Secret Vault Infinity also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). App Lock™'s advantage is ratings volume (2.6K vs 144). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. App Lock™ sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Secret Vault Infinity sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for App Lock™ against 4.6 for Secret Vault Infinity. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: App Lock™ has 2.6K ratings behind it against 144, so its average is the more settled of the two.
